The process starts with pre-crushing the nuts, followed by a fine milling step, allowing us to finely grind nuts, including their shells, to produce high-fiber, antioxidant-rich flours, pastes, and butters.

With this newly granted patent, RE-NUT®'s innovative process is now protected across Europe, covering 60% of global nut product sales. We are thrilled to continue transforming the future of food production with our patented "in-shell Inside®" technology.
