Innovative Trial Day at Zurich University ZHAW

We had an exciting trial day at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences), processing hard-shell Monterey almonds from California. Using our cutting-edge RE-NUT® Technology, CTO Christian Zimmermann and his team are working to understand the behaviour of different nut varieties with their specific nutshell to kernel ratios and to refine our techniques for a further improved quality of the RE-NUT® extracts.
